END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read the End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using the progressive web application, AIP Iceland (“Web application”).
By using the web application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Purpose of the web application
This Application is published by Isavia ANS (“ANS”) to facilitate access to the Icelandic Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP Iceland). AIP Iceland is published on https://eaip.isavia.is/. In case of any discrepancies between the version online and the application, the online version at https://eaip.isavia.is/ shall prevail.
Updates
Following an update of AIP Iceland the Web application will replace the current AIP version with a new version. The Web application will inform the user if the AIP version is expired. The user is responsible for making sure that the correct version of the AIP is used, information about what AIP version is in use is at the bottom of the web application.
NOTAM and SNOWTAM notifications are updated every 5 minutes, given that the device is connected to the internet. The user can see in the Web application when the last update took place and thereby know at what point in time the data was up to date and is responsible for the update of the Web application before it is used.
License
ANS grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the web application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights and Restrictions
The web application, and all intellectual property rights related to it, is the property of Isavia ANS. You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Web application.
Modifications to Application
Isavia ANS reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the web application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or ANS.
ANS may, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate the Agreement without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from ANS, in the event that you fail to comply with any provisions of the Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by removing the Web application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Personal Data

Disclaimers/Limitations of Liability
ANS and our affiliates, agents or representatives make no representations about the web application, such as its suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security or accuracy nor its fitness for a particular purpose. The web application may not be available at all times and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall ANS be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
We disclaim all liability with respect to third-party products that you use.
You understand and agree that the Web application is made available to you solely on the basis that you understand and agree to these limitations of liability.
Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Icelandic law. Therefore, any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection to the Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Icelandic law and shall be settled by the Reykjavik District Court (Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur).
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
ANS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
